Version 1 has stiff fabric fur which is from Blockbusters and is a promotional piece for the Witches Ghost movie while the one here is Version 2 the Fluffy Version which was sold everywhere and is a little similar to the original Version one Scooby Doo Treasure Keeper by Applause! I have attached the two separate Scooby Doos so you can see that they are both different!
